The font alone in this book annoyed me. It is like the infomercial type font you see on adverts and annoying sites that don't let you close out without asking you 40x if you're sure you want to leave. That said, SAD (standard american diet) is a chemical poo-storm, 'eating whatever you want whenever you want' as long as it's in an 8hr window is a very misleading premise but like everything else, people will latch onto what makes them feel good and very few will get the point of this book and the premise behind eating in an 8hr window. Read Sugar, Salt, Fat and then read Wheat Belly THEN revisit this as a viable option.
