Published in the UK in the late 90s. A few interesting recipes but generally much too much sodium in a lot of the recipes. The book uses some ingredients that are hard to find in Canada such as fromage blanc and quark. I lived in UK and France in the 90s and have cookbooks I bought from there and know it is hard to find some of the ingredients. The American Heart Association low fat and low cholesterol cookbook is much better.
