Summary

A business man (played by Adam Sandler) is tired of his life of having no escapes and can't have any fun. He also puts his work before family, which his wife is sick of it but still able to stand it. He soon obtains a universal remote control that can do anything that a TV remote can do, except it revolves around his life. He speeds through different moments (sad, happy, etc.) of his life and soon regrets of ever getting the remote control. He was upset that he didn't spend more time with family members and learned a huge lesson. He had finally gotten another chance (won't spoil of how he got it) at making things right for him.
