Great movie! Tom Hiddleston did an awesome job portraying such a musical legend as Hank Williams. I really appreciate that the movie focused on the telling of the story rather than exploiting all the rumours and gossip.

What a sad end for such a talented man. Tom Hiddleston was excellent, and I understand he sang the songs in the movie. I never realized Hank Williams died so young. I am surprised this movie did not get more acclaim. As good as the Patty Cline Sweet Dreams , or Loretta Lynn Coal Miners Daughter movies, which were huge hits.

Interesting biopic about Hank Sr. I had no idea his life was so short.

I loved this movie! I am 74 years old and I still remember hearing Hank Williams's songs on the old radio we had. And I couldn't believe that Tom Hiddleston sang all the songs. I would recommend this movie to anyone who loved the old country music or are just curious about Hank Williams.

I was not very familiar with Hank Williams before but now I am more curious about him. Tom Hiddleston is amazing in this role.

A story about the last Hank Williams. I enjoyed the story but I mostly enjoyed listening to his songs that were played. I have always enjoyed Hank Williams music.

Really? For a guy who recorded a substantial musical catalogue in a very short time, this film does nothing to reveal the effort he and his fellow musicians spent on recording his songs. Its primary focus is on Hank's marriage and his obsession with chasing skirts. Maybe they should have titled it, Hank Williams: Bad Husband, Good Skirt Chaser. At least that would hold more truthful to the content. I want my 90 minutes back! What a waste of celluloid.

I liked him better before I knew how he lived.

I thought this was a good movie about Hank William's life. I wonder who they used for story recollections.
