This book is just that. A book. It has information on Zumba, how it started, what type of Zumba diet will work for you, etc. And it has instructions and some pictures of the Zumba moves. The DVD is a demo DVD, with 4 step-by-steps. I recommend not bothering with this heavy information drop of a book. I would suggest that if you're interested, find a way to acquire the real Zumba work out DVD's.

So...this book wasn't what I expected, it said it comes with a dvd of routines, it's a few basic steps (10 min at most) and the rest is just latin music playing. There is a few diets in here, but I was more interested in it for the Zumba dance routines.

I think I'm like most people - I don't have much luck learning an exercise routine from a book - I need to see people doing it and follow along. The DVD included with this book does NOT contain any Zumba workouts, only a few brief minutes of showing the individual moves. If I had paid for this set, I would have felt ripped off.
