Published in the UK in the late 90s.
A few interesting recipes but generally much too much sodium in a lot of the recipes.
The book uses some ingredients that are hard to find in Canada such as fromage blanc and quark. I lived in UK and France in the 90s and have cookbooks I bought from there and know it is hard to find some of the ingredients.
The American Heart Association low fat and low cholesterol cookbook is much better.
Some really excellent tips! Would get this again for a reminder of these low-fat cooking tips!
