As a sufferer of PTSD, I found this workbook extremely helpful. Not only did it help me with panic attacks, and flashbacks, but it also gave me insight on some health issues I might be susceptible to. This book really helped me to overcome my fears. I would recommend it to anyone who has experienced a trauma, even if you aren't diagnosed with PTSD.
