A good contribution much in the same vein as the previous volumes. I appreciate the afterwords the author includes to sort the fact from the fiction.

Poorly written. Don`t bother unless you like cartoon characters.

Yet another superb volume on the Mongols. My only beef is that since he has to cover the actions of many of the generals, he doesn't delve into some of the characters as deeply as he did in the previous books. You'll be sad as you get to the end of the book as you come to realize that you now have to find other things to do with your spare time!

Excellent addition to this series. I am hoping for more.
