The children enjoyed the book, It goes through the months, I only read selected text from each month in the group setting.

My four-year-old has requested this a few times, but not many. Its calendar format isn't particularly conducive to story time and it still takes a long time to go through. The details in each illustration are fantastic, though, and she has spent some time just exploring on her own (she can't read the words on her own yet, though). I think more experienced readers might get more out of this fascinating and humorous book. I certainly loved it and made sure to read every little detail after my daughter went to sleep.

Beautifully illustrated, lots of fun extras (including a rabbit newspaper and cookbook), plus it incorporates math with Fibonnaci's equation/numbers... Love it.

not a book for little kids but a great book for adults and children around 7 and up.
